BRIGHT SMILES, BRIGHT FUTURES HELPS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Colgate-Palmolive Company joined hundreds of volunteers and organizations at the 7th Annual Make A Difference Day in Washington, D.C. Colgate's Bright Smiles, Bright FuturesTM Dental Van was on-site with "Dr. Rabbit" providing children, ages 1-12, with free dental screenings and education. "Dr. Rabbit" and Cathy Phillips-Garrison (second from right), Bright Smiles, Bright FuturesTM National Program Manager, welcomed Ms. America (at left), and Ms. Marcia Bullard (at right), Editor, President and CEO, USA WEEKEND.

Since its inception, the Bright Smiles, Bright FuturesTM Program reaches 4 million children annually with important oral health information through its in-school curriculum, mobile dental vans and community outreach programs. Globally, more than 35 million children in 50 countries have received vital dental health messages. In the U.S., the program is fully operational in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, New York City and Los Angeles, CA. The program continues its national goal of providing important and engaging oral health information for youth and their families.
